PLT offers its Weldone™ technology in a series of plug-and-play systems for Body-in-White welding.

The Weldone™ product line for BW includes models designed to upgrade existing units, or for integration into new laser welding cells on OEM basis for Nd:YAG-lasers (3kW, 4kW): KY2003-BW and KY2004-BW.

 Weldone™ KY200x-BW provides the following benefits:

- Reduced edge preparation cost to increased tolerance

- Improved mechanical characteristics of the weld

- Zn-coated welds with variable gaps

- Weld (braze) Zn-coated materials with special types of filler wire
